Inbox triage
Every hour, AI reads the new email, gives each message one next step (reply, do, wait, file or read) and sends us a summary with anything urgent at the top. If it isn’t sure, it asks rather than guesses.

Meeting notes to first-draft proposals
When a call ends, AI writes up the notes and the follow-up, then drafts the proposal: it knows our services and how we work, and lays it out in our own design. We edit it in a simple web portal, so every proposal is still written by us, just never from a blank page.

Invoice and receipt filing
It checks our bank transactions in FreeAgent, finds the matching invoice in our email or tells us how to get it from the supplier, and works out the VAT, with AI stepping in when simple rules can’t. Anything it’s confident about is posted automatically; the rest waits on a dashboard for a quick check.
