Questions people ask
How much does a clean-up cost?
It depends on how badly the site is infected and how it’s built. You get a fixed price before we start. Care Plus and Care Pro include clean-up.
Will I lose my content?
No. We take a full backup before we touch anything.
How did they get in?
Usually an out-of-date plugin or theme, or a weak or leaked password. We find out which, and tell you in the report.
Can you remove the warning in Google?
Once the site is clean, we request a review in Google Search Console. Google usually removes the warning after it checks the site.
Can you help if my host has suspended the site?
Yes. We clean the site and give your host the evidence they need to switch it back on.
