Doing it by Google’s rules
Google has strict rules for anyone who manages a profile for someone else, and breaking them can get a profile suspended. We follow Google’s rules for working with a third party (opens in a new tab):
- You always stay the owner of your profile. We’re added as a manager and never ask for your password.
- We tell you about every change we make.
- We never reply to reviews in ways you haven’t approved.
- We never buy, write or reward reviews, and we ask every customer, not just the happy ones.
- No keyword stuffing in your business name and no fake addresses, the two most common reasons for suspension.
- We don’t promise top spot. Nobody honest can. We promise the work and show you the results.
- If you decide to stop, we remove ourselves straight away.
