We work behind the scenes, under your agency's name. We won't contact your clients, promote Code Addicts to them or take on work from them directly. Everything goes through you, and we work under NDA.

Your monthly hours belong to your agency, not to one website.

You might spend 45 minutes fixing a client's WooCommerce store, an hour and a half on changes to another client's site, and the rest building a small feature for a third. If you need more than 3 hours in a month, we carry on at $105 an hour.

    We test it and tell you what we did, in words you can pass straight to your client.

    Every job is logged, so you always know how many hours you've used.

Questions

What counts as a job?
Everything you send us together for one client website. Fix the mobile menu, change the footer and look into why emails aren't sending, all on the same site in one request? That's one job.
Which jobs are quoted separately?
Bigger pieces of work, such as a new website, a rebuild or a larger custom plugin. We'll send a fixed quote first, so there are no surprises.
How is time counted?
In 15-minute blocks.
Do unused hours roll over?
Yes, for one month. If you don't use all 3 hours, the rest carry over to the following month, so a quiet month isn't wasted.
What if a job takes more than my included hours?
Once you've used your included hours, we carry on at $105 an hour. If a job looks like it will run more than an hour past your remaining hours, we'll check with you before doing the extra work.
Can I cancel Agency Partner?
Yes. It runs month to month, and you can cancel before your next billing date.
